1.1 Account and Login Problems
Issue: Difficulty logging in or forgotten passwords.
Solution: Use the 'Forgot Password?' link on the login page to reset your password. Follow the prompts to receive an email with instructions.
1.2 Setting up your User/Yacht Settings
Issue: Users may not have the correct access level to view or edit certain settings. A new user cannot see key information or perform necessary actions
Solution: Ensure that the correct role (Captain, crew, or Manager) is assigned. Adjust permissions in the User Management section under settings. If needed, contact an administrator to grant access.
1.3 Missing or Incorrect Yacht Information
Issue: Required fields (e.g., yacht name, IMO number, flag state) are left blank or entered incorrectly. Yacht data does not match the official registry.
Solution: Double-check yacht details with official documents before entering
1.4 Users Unable to Access the Yacht Profile
Issue: A user logs in but does not see the assigned yacht(s). Access to certain yacht settings is restricted.
Solution: Confirm that the user is assigned to the correct yacht(s) under User Management. Refresh the page or log out and back in to update changes. If still unresolved, check team assignments and ensure the user has been linked to the yacht.
