Step-by-Step Guides
Navigate to the Logs Section in the PMS Module.
View or Search for Specific Logs Using Filters for example, searching for the type of equipment.
To access the logbooks, click on the "Logs" button on the top right.
Choose the logbook you want to use. Click on Add to add new log readings
Click on the side-by-side view (next to the search button) to view the details and reading history of a log.
Select the "Reading History" tab to show the trends for the specific log.
Click on 'Record Reading' to add a new log reading. Attach any related images or files if nesessary.
To Add a new log click on 'Add' in the top right. Fill in the details and save

Q: Can I edit a log entry? A: Yes, you can edit a log reading by clicking on the "Edit" button.
Q: How do I add a log entry? A: There are a few ways to add a log entry. First is to use the logbook. Second is the navigate to the log details and click on the "Record Reading" button in a specific log. Or thirdly you are able to add a log reading in the PMS > Tasks.
