How to Use the Drill Matrix Feature
Feature 2: Drill Matrix Overview The Drill Matrix feature allows users to plan, schedule, and document mandatory safety drills over the yearly period, ensuring compliance with ISM code requirements.
Key Function
Plan upcoming drills.
Track completed drills and store reports for audits.
Ensure all mandatory drills are performed within the required timeframe.
Step-by-Step Guides
Navigate to the "Drill Matrix" in the ISM Module.
Click the plus icon in the relevant cell and select the drill date, color and frequency to add when you will be doing the drill.
Once you have Conducted the drill. Click on the cell with the drill date > tick the box that is labelled 'Mark drill as completed' > then click on the tab 'drill report' and fill in the drill report upon completion.
You can also add a drill report by clicking on the "add" button on the top of the page.
Save and archive the drill report for audit records.
