Feature 2: Employment Overview The Employment feature stores information about the crew member’s role and contract.

Key Function

  • Displays position, start date, and contract details.

Step-by-Step Guides

  1. Go to the "Employment" section under Crew Management.

  2. Review the overview of contract details and employment status.

  3. To edit, click on the pencil icon on the far right of that users name. You will be directed to the user settings > employment > make any edits or changes to the users employment details/leave/salary etc.

  4. On the top right hand side you will find the 'Payslip' tab

  5. If you click on 'Payslip' you can generate that crew members paslip for the month. Fill in all the necessary data, add any reimbursements > travel expenses > bonus's etc.

  6. Click confirm.

  7. You will find all the payslips for each crew member at the bottem of the employment page

FAQs

  • Q: Can I update my contract details? A: No, only administrators and users with access and permissions can make contract modifications.

  • Q: If a crew members contract changes can you update it with the new one and still keep track of the original hire date? A: yes, in user settings > under employment > there is a section labeled 'Employment history' you can add there old contract and the dates of emplyment plus additional notes.
