Feature 1: Certificates Overview The Certificates feature provides a structured system for tracking vessel and crew certifications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Function
Certificate List – A centralized database of all required certifications.
Certificate Tracker – Tracks certificate expirations, renewals, and upcoming due dates.
Step-by-Step Guides
Go to the ISM Module in the left side bar.
Select "Certificates" to access the certificate management section.
Go to certificate list to add/ edit vessel certificates. You can either do a bulk upload by clicking 'bulk upload' on the right hand side of the page. Or you can do a single upload by clicking 'add' on the left hand side.
You can also find the edit/delete functions there as well as the PDF or EXCEL exports for the certificate list
View Certificate List to see all active certifications.
Use the Certificate Tracker to monitor expiration dates and upcoming renewals per each Tag.
Set reminders for expiring certificates by filling in the Notification Date.

Q: Can I upload digital copies of certificates? A: Yes, all certificates can be uploaded and stored within the system.
Q: How do I get notified of expiring certificates? A: The Certificate Tracker automatically alerts users when certificates are approaching expiry or if a notification date is filled in.
