How to Use the Crew Management Module

Overview The Crew Management module provides an overview of individual crew settings, allowing users to manage their personal data, employment details, payroll, certificates, leave, and emergency contacts. For full details on modifying personal crew settings, refer to the User Settings module.

Key Features

  • Personal Information – Manage personal details including name, date of birth, and contact information as well as generate IMO crew lists.

  • Employment – View and update employment details such as position, contract type, and hire date.

  • Payroll – Track historical payslips, salary, and contract expiry dates.

  • Certificates – Store and manage certifications, qualifications, and expiration dates.

  • Leave – Request and manage leave, track balances, and view leave history.

  • Emergency Contacts – Maintain up-to-date emergency contact information.
